All services are self-help document preparation at your specific direction. USCIS government filing fees are paid separately by you directly to USCIS and are not included in our service fees.

USCIS continues to accept and process DACA renewal requests for current recipients. Processing times are currently 3–5+ months — file 120–150 days before expiration.
⚠ Note: DACA initial applications are not currently being processed by USCIS. Renewals only. The program remains subject to ongoing federal litigation. Attorney consultation recommended.
Green Card Renewal / Replacement (Form I-90)

Work Authorization (EAD) (Form I-765)

Travel Document / Advance Parole (Form I-131)
